We have been to this area many times before and the nearby bar (also very good) On arrival the person behind was very friendly , upgraded our room and made a call to reserve a table for us for in a nice Intra Muros restuarant we wanted to go to. Overall a very good experience, room was clean an spacious.... More

We arrived at 20:30 to a very warm welcome. Comfortable, clean rooms. Comfy beds, clean bathroom. Near the ferry terminal. Good parking inside (open) gates. No restaurant but near to several good ones. We were recommended Le Spinnaker by the hotel reception, this restaurant is a 3 minute walk away and is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. We shall use this... More

We thought that was an excellent hotel and would definitely like to stay again. The staff were very helpful and friendly, spoke reasonably good English. They do not do evening meals but were able to recommend a very good typically French restaurant close by that we tried and it was good. We were really pleased with our room, it was... More

I booked a large room for my family who were returning home from their holiday in France. The traffic was very heavy and they did not arrive at the hotel until late. The children had not eaten and everyone was tired. The hotel arranged for pizza dinner for them, and the service was good. The room was also very comfortable.... More

Needing an overnight stop in St Malo, finding the town completely full up, we tried Le Manoir but they could not accommodate us. This review is deserved by the man on the desk. He went out of his way, spent a great deal of time and effort on the phone and internet trying to find a room for us. In... More

We were on the way back to the UK and needed a stopover before catching the ferry the next morning. This hotel is ideal for the purpose. Comfortable, very clean, well-furnished (well, our room was and I suspect the others are too). Doesn't have a restaurant for dinner, but there are plenty of very good options within a few minutes... We found this as a second choice looking for a night before catching the ferry. It was a good choice. We had a garden room which overlooked the bay. Just a couple of minutes drive for the ferry and a 20 minute walk into town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast was very good. Will definitely return

We stayed for one night in August 2013. Parked free in the hotel (only 4 spaces though and one disabled space). Our room was on the ground floor, overlooking the entrance, so to get any privacy we had to draw the heavy curtains (not ideal because the room was quite dark as it was!) The place has 'old school charm'... More

We had a smallish but nevertheless excellent room and bathroom on the second floor. All was spotlessly clean. The people on reception were smiley and helpful. Parking (free) right outside in a pubic area posed no problem and I felt the car was safe. We will definitely stay here again. I note some of the other reviewers talk of good... More

Used the hotel for an overnight stay on our way back to Calais. Had a very friendly welcome and found the room to be very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to some great restaurants on a picturesque bay. About 20 min walk from the lovely old town. Breakfast was very good with a good choice. Only thing... More
