Outside the main town but perfectly situated to visit Rennes, Dinan, Dinard and Concale. The hotel is just a stones throw from the large Carrefour shopping centre making a shopping trip or filling up with fuel easy. Only 8 mins to ferry terminal The hotel looks a little plain outside but the interior is very clean and modern, very efficient... More

The Hotel is near the interstate / highway. If you are on the street side, it can be very loud, even in the night. But if you reside on the other side you can have a silent night. The reception staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The toilet room is also clean but very small.... More

The hotel is located on the outskirts of St Malo, near the Aquarium. It is part of a chain so no doubt they are all very much the same. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and our room had a balcony. The design of the toilet and bathroom seemed a bit strange as the door into the toilet could not... More

This was my first stay at a Brit Hotel chain hotel. The experience was pleasant. Staff was helpful. Room was nice, about the same quality as an Ibis. Breakfast and dinner were quite satisfactory. Free parking and free wifi were available. Wifi lost connectivity several times per day. So it maybe risky if you try to post online payment. Location... More

The hotel is not quite located near the centre.. The carpets were giving me a headache at the restaurant.. The room has a constant smell of someone who just left the room after smoking a whole pack of cigarettes. All the time. There were unexplained other smells intermittently too The only saving grace is the breakfast, which was quite agreeable... More

Having booked two rooms for me and my male colleague, the chap in reception thought it hysterical that he had only received a reservation for one room. He also found curiously hilarious that the restaurant was closed that evening but it never occurred to him to apologise, nor recommend a nearby eatery. Eventually our proper booking was retrieved from a... More

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. So far so good! However, for the second time, the restaurant was closed, and we had to go out to find somewhere to eat in St Malo, which in... More

This was a basic hotel, with views of the motorway roundabout. room seemed clean enough, only a little black mould and no shower curtain.......or kettle/ coffee etc. staff seemed to be tearing their hair out, but full of smiles and eager. A little faulty towers about it. We went to try the food as couldn't face driving back into st... More

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was staying with my daughter and booked a twin room but we were given a double room. When I went to reception we were given another double room next door, so we each had our own room at no extra cost. As it was later than we planned when we arrived we decided... More
