We couldn't have been more central for St Malo walled city and a great location for dining. The owner informed us there wasn't any room left in their car park but had access to another 10 minutes walk away which was locked so took us there and then collected the car next day and brought it back to the hotel... Stayed here for a night after a trip to see Mont St Michel: it made sense to take the Portsmouth ferry back to England rather than backtrack to Paris. The booking agency (who shall be nameless) messed up my reservation, but the hotel desk person was kind enough to find me a room. (It may have helped that I speak... More

For a hotel that has two stars this hotel is simply amazing. From the check in to check out the staff were superb. The rooms are very well decorated and the bar downstairs is small but with free wifi you can't beat it. I checked in late in the evening and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. Don't bother... More

...Oneleg comes from a long line of Pirates and Smugglers...so a visit to a Corsair Lair was familiar...but this haven of rogues and scoundrels surpassed expectations. ...enough of me...the hotel Bristol Union is a fine establishment...marvelous staff...distinctive rooms of comfort and charm...food and beverage to quench the soul of any adventurer...perhaps a wench or two may be in order with... Stayed in a family suite on third floor ....two adjoining rooms. Clean, fresh and comfy beds!! Located within the city walls so access to ramparts etc is no problem. Restaurants and shops very close. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. 10 out of 10

We stayed here on the final night of our holiday before getting the ferry back to Portsmouth. It was so much fun staying in the old city. Great hotel recently renovated very stylish if "bijoux" rooms. Amazing location next to the Cathedral. Very friendly staff and the owners very cool and chatty! They had linked twin and double rooms which... More

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the centre of the walled city. We stayed in a family suite on the 5th floor, which consisted of two rooms adjoined through a hallway. The rooms were fresh and clean, although very basic and a little dated. Beds were comfortable with crisp white linen. Again, bathroom facilities were quite dated,... More

Having been to St Malo many times, I cant belive we haven't discovered this place before. Located inside the town walls - a must in St Malo - it's in a central location in a fairly quiet street. It's next to the beautiful old granite fish marketplace, with its fish slabs still preserved - a little piece of St Malo... More

Small cosy personal little hotel. Modern room which was very clean and had a lovely little balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Only stayed for one night, great for a short couples trip away and we would stay again. It is probably a bit on the small side for families and for longer breaks away.

Great location inside the town walls of this surprisingly gorgeous little town. Staff at reception and breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful Very funky decoration throughout but some things were a little bit style over substance. Like the shower curtain could not stay inside the shower, so the bathroom floor was soaked. The room was very small but I believe... More
