This relatively new hotel is located very near (you can see it as you exit) the St. Malo train station, and an easy (flat) 12-15 minute walk to the old town of St. malo (well worth a visit). This is convenient for ferry service to the Channel islands (and of course train service). Reception was efficient, friendly and helpful. My... More

We found this hotel after asking directions. It is a relatively new hotel in a modern part of the town near the TGV station. It was a much quieter area than we expected. The staff were most helpful and the room was comfortable and quite spacious. The only real problem was the lights from the building opposite. There is parking... More

Nice modern room, comfortable firm bed, huge shower, great breakfast buffet and very secure underground parking. The hotel is ultra modern, staff friendly and helpful. We stayed here as its about 5 minutes drive to the ferry port. Lots of local restaurants but recommend the old port which has an abundance of great places to eat whatever sort of food... More

This was about the last room left in St. Malo when was there and I had to take a suite at a high price. The suite was large and everything seemed to be brand new and v. modern, so it was nice enough. I had a long and arduous day and was dead tired. When i pulled back the bed... More

Ideal stay if you are looking for a hotel that is modern and efficient in every way rather than casual or cosy. It's a new building, with high standards in the room. The building work in the area is practically complete and there is copious street parking at a reasonable cost right outside. Good reception, excellent room with good fixtures... More

We booked this for the first night after a long flight from New Zealand and then the train trip down form CDG, Paris. The staff were very welcoming and made every effort to get us into our room as quickly as possible. They had taken note without being told where we were coming from! The room was quiet and well... Stayed overnight in this hotel before heading to Paris on the train. I booked the hotel directly and the price was the same as available online. Staff were friendly and helpful at both booking, check in and check out. Hotel room was very modern, lovely and spacious with huge, comfortable double bed, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer etc. Huge windows overlooked the... More

Nice, new built hotel. The service and the room was to my fullest satisfaction. Breakfast was nicly presented and included. The walking disatnce to the old town is about 15min, but there are also good restaurants close to the Hotel.

We liked the balmoral 2 years ago so we gave it another try and were not disappointed. We arrived early (12 o'clock), our room was ready so we checked in and parked the car in the underground garage. The room had a balcony unfortunately with just one seat but gave us a nice view over the near district. We didn't... More
