This was an above average place, with the tiniest elevator you've ever seen (tip: put your bags on it, press the floor to your room, run up the stairs and meet your bags). The Hotel seems to be freshly renovated, the staff is friendly and motivated, the location is central. What more could you ask for? Well, the standard room is a little small, pigeons outside were making noises during the night. But the hotel definitely offers value for money. more

We stayed for 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday, and were grateful for the sound-proof windows to block out the noise of Rue de Nemours and for the light-proof shutters to block out the street lights.
