We had an overnight stay here on Saturday 6 September for 1 night. Central location and underground parking for 11 euro. Clean and reception very helpful. Restaurants and bars are only 5 minutes away. Would stay again on our next visit to Renne, we require parking and this is why we picked this hotel and it's central location.

My wife and I stayed at the Mercure for 6 nights as part of a package holiday last week. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Rennes. It was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night. The rooms are fairly basic, very comfortable bed (but with a winter weight duvet), two hard chairs, no... More

Good location right in the centre, nice staff, pleasant room, clean, correct price, comfortable bed, and great breakfast buffet with very friendly service. The parking is a bit cramped if you have a larger car.

Myself and my husband (60's) stayed in the Mercure Parlement for four nights last week. No problem locating hotel, bus 57 from short walk from Airport. From our arrival the staff, both at reception and caretaking,(who spoke English) were very friendly and helpful at all times. I requested a quiet room and we got a room overlooking an adjoining garden,... More

This hotel is clean, has a large dining room and the food is absolutely gorgeous, only drawback was there was no coffee included with the evening meal, this had to be paid for separately. Our room was very clean, a good size and had air conditioning albeit a bit on the noisy side, nice bathroom. Could have done with more... More

We stayed here for two nights as a base to visit Mont St Michel. We were looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable price with a bit of space (by european standards) and that is exactly what we got - nothing more, nothing less. The hotel is a short walk (if you have no difficulties walking) to the main... More

Service was very good except for the restaurant recommended for the evening meal. The one initially recommended was close by and after checking it we asked reception to make a reservation which was confirmed. 5 minutes before time we were told that the restaurant was closed that night and we had a reservation elsewhere. we went but it was like... great location right in the centre of town. No gym facilities so a decent run around town was OK. Didn't eat in hotel as so many good restaurants nearby but breakfast was Ok with everything that you would expect and decent service. Hotel is very touristy so expect a packed breakfast room around 8am. Small bar with not much seating.... More

I have to share the view of many of the reviewers on here. The hotel is nice and clean, but it's nothing special. We had a room that was one level above the front door. We couldn't keep the window open because we heard everyone coming and going. In terms of location, it's very nice. Easy to walk to places.... More
