This was our first visit to this camp site and were not disappointed. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are spotlessly clean and the staff are kind friendly and helpful. On our first evening there we were given a free guided tour of the chateaux grounds which was very interesting. Although we didn't use them due to time constraints the... More

Once you have negotiated the industrial area and got away from the busy dual carriageway, the campsite is an oasis of (relative) calm, especially out of season. OK, so it's not the greatest site in the world, but for exploring Quimper and its surrounding area, it is perfect. There's a nice creperie and a not so brilliant restaurant, but the... More

We stayed here for 5 days and this was our second visit. The staff are helpful the facilities are good with an excellent pool, washrooms, cafe, golf and tennis. When we arrived unfortunately the shop was closed as was the restaurant other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The cafe closed on the Friday we left. The pitch sizes are... More

Clean and tidy, not overcrowded, peaceful, full of activities for children under the age of 16, good valve for money, this place had it all for making camping comfortable and enjoyable for all ages. Travel to the region at the end of July, the Celtic festival is a great time to be in Brittany, go to Benedot for great seafood.

We are just back from10 days on this site and would definitely go again. The site is beautiful- simple, clean and verdant but with enough ( non disney) activities for the kids. Comments about the reception and management of the operation are true. We booked a pitch with hook up and didn't get one. We asked for one that had... More

Very helpful and friendly reception staff, but if you got the wrong ones, they seemed a bit clueless with problems, and although they obviously tried their best, the system was not good. The site is very pretty, the Orangerie and river gardens a gem, and the restaurant first class. The lovely city of Quimper is attainable on foot, and there... More

Well designed camp site with huge private spots. Helpfull staff. The kids loved the beautiful pool. We rented a mobile home that was pretty new clean and perfect for the porpose. The site was quiet. August and surely not fully booked.

The site is a beautiful wooded estate with the iconic Orangerie which was once home to the bishops of Quimper before the French Revolution. It is situated close to a commercial area on the fringe of Quimper and there is a complex system of roads to get you off the major ring road to the amazing transition which is Lanniron.... More

We stayed here in early July in a touring caravan. The campsite at this time was less than a third full. We have very mixed feelings about the site, which comprises three very separate parts. The beautiful camping area set in mature, verdant grounds with an Orangerie overlooking the Odet river; an adjacent functional nine hole golf course and practice... More

We had a wonderful two weeks here and really enjoyed ourselves. As mentioned by a previous reviewer we were also allocated pitch 37 (and either needed a 40m mains cable or have it driven over) so we did move. Unfortunately as the services had awkward locations it meant we had to park under a tree so the hoses would reach.... More
