The owner, Marc, speaks excellent English and is eager to assist guests. Clean rooms - bigger rooms than most France hotels. Breakfast good for France. No air conditioning, but didn't need it in early Oct. Great location - right outside ramparts; walking distance to restaurants and sights. The town of Dinan is a "cannot miss" for medieval architecture.
