The hotel is across from a large public square with many important belle époque buildings - lovely area for strolling. The thermal waters building is also there, and you can try 5 or so different types of healing waters. The young lady at the hotel reception desk carried our bag up the one flight of stairs and then an elevator... More

5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2013

We spent two nights at Maison Decoret in November. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the staff of the hotel, who helped us with our luggage took us up to our room, explained everything to us. The room, one of five themed by colour, was furnished in a comfortable, modern style. It had a small terrace overlooking... More

My eldest Son and I visited during a trip back by road from Monaco. We went for the top end Gourmet menu and the food was fabulous, matched by some very fine Cote Rotie wine selected from massive wine list. The dining room of the hotel itself is modern but tastefully decorated and the service attentive. Fabulous!

Attention to detail is fantastic in terms of dining area, presentation, professional but unobtrusive service, varied interesting menus and particularly food preparation. Ingredients are fresh and dishes are imaginative with innovations and twists to offer little surprises. A refreshing change from the classic preparations, restoring confidence in fine dining, style with substance unlike some Michelin star establishments. The bedroom provided... More
