We came to Vichy with no booking, late afternoon, 36 degrees C. We saw this hotel, and they had a room! The smallest room I ever slept in, like a caravan! I can only imagine, because I have never slept in a caravan! No Aircondition. Small bathroom. The reception friendly. The smallest lift, only used it once, after that we... More

Service is OK ... not more. Rooms are pretty small, decoration is ... is dark, wifi is OK. One of the smallest elevators I have seen but it was working. Breakfast can highly be improved reduced choice, few fresh ... not in line with the breakfast price. No specific parking, if you arrive late and leave early street parking is... More

spent 1 night here, centrally located. Small hotel, excellent service at reception, ancient and small lift and bedroom small and in need of updating. beds very comfy, breakfast disappointing, tea and coffee tepid. Overnight parking under La Poste, about 3 - 4 minute walk, costing 7 euro for 24 hours, otherwise park on street for 2 hours max.

Perfectly good for our needs - the centre of Vichy, pleasant service, clean rooms, breakfast OK. We came for a wedding so it was a fleeting overnight stay. Everything was good; no complaints. I would certainly try another Kyriad hotel for a similar kind of visit elsewhere.

Stayed here as a change from my usual Vichy hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. There is no onsite parking, which was a bit of a pain, but you can park on the street. It is free between 7pm and 9am, but you need to top up every two hours in between. The rooms are well decorated and look pretty... More

Stayed one night at the Kyriad in central Vichy. The pluses: it is very central to main sites, shops, the river etc. The service was ok, the room was small but okay (I slept fine) and the price reasonable. The negatives: a tiny lift that is pretty slow, small rooms, it is right on a main road so a bit... More

My daughter was going to do a language course in Vichy, and we decided to take her there. We weren't aware how interesting Vichy actually was and how busy. We had difficulty finding a Hotel and some friends had heard about the Tonic. As we would arrive late, we were given a code for entry. Tiny entrance lounge, hardly a... More
