I liked this hotel very much. Everything was basic. But with this price in France you can not expect much. Good location= 2 minutes walk from the station, 3 minutes walk to the city center. And this hotel`s service is almost perfect. Basic amenity Very good rather fast and stable WIFI= which is amazing caz in France WIFI is always... More

This was the most reasonably priced hotel I could find, and it was excellent. Room smallish, but comfortable bed and modern shower/toilet. All well maintained and clean, but not impersonal. Very close to la gare. Free wireless internet.

We travel to Vichy twice a year for the violin auctions and always stay at Chambord. The family who owns the hotel and restaurant (three generations) are wonderful. No English but we always manage. The rooms are not fancy but very clean and with a huge bathroom and large bathtub. Chambord is a half a block from the train station.... More
