Nice hotel in the centre of Vichy. Rooms are average in size but comfortable. Room is clean and has free Wifi. Breakfast is a little poor. Limited choice. Be aware that the average geest is Well above sixty as the hotel is connected to a thermal bath. In the bar there not much to do. What I disliked is the... More

The location is good for walking access to the main attractions and restaurants., Vichy is not a large town and at the Tourist Information Office you can be given a map with walking tours to the various sights with explanations. The rooms are comfortable and clean but a little tired. In the Foyer there is a liberal selection of leaflets... More

I must admit to finding the Ibis chain soulless, but they certainly offer good value. The rooms are standard wherever you go, I can't stand the laminate floors! The restaurant is ok, popular with the senior crowd. Ok for a one night stay, wouldn't fancy any longer

The hotel is in a good central location, rooms are basic but comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast is French, but again adequate. The bar is good for snacks drinks and ice creams. The underground car park needs careful attention has there is no room for error, the entrance ramp does not suit low bodied cars, risk of underside damage .

The room I got at this hotel was quite bad. Dirty, small with parts of the wallpaper coming off. Also the curtain had lots of holes in it. I could hardly move in it with my wheelchair. The hallway smelled funny both days I have no idea what it was. The room was not even up to ibis' low standard.... More

Stayed here for one night , great location, good room and good value. This was one of seven Ibis hotels that we stayed in on a three week tour around France and the only one where the reception staff was anything other than pleasent and helpful. At this hotel the lady was surly during check in and check out and... More

This is a dump. Avoid at all costs, resting in the park nearby might be a better choice. Ibis is part of Accor, and Accor will sell this place without shame as a three star, lucky if one. Make a smarter choice spend some more and go to the Celestins.
