Presumably, having landed in Vichy, one is either lost or on the way back to Calais, but this place should still be avoided even for a one night stop over. Very rude staff, decor from a sad seventies motel, and a general feeling of being in a sanitorium (certainly not the spa it professes to be).

This hotel was fine but nothing special. It was right next to a spa, but the services were very expensive so I didn't use them. The normal Novotel standard of a reasonable but unexciting room in a fairly modern block. Food in the restaurant was above average. Has a small outdoor pool. Location is good for the town and the spa.
