I was in Clermont Ferrand for 4 nights on business in April 2013. The rooms were surprisingly big and nice (especially for Europe). I will use this hotel again when I return to Clermont in the future.

Be careful. Suite in this case is not what is normally considered in all the world. Weak points: no air conditioning working, third and fourth lits very poor, internal space in the room can be improved, WC separate from the bathroom. In my experience as a business traveller, may be the worste four star.

We used this hotel for a one night stopover - very helpful staff - clean and warm. Secure parking was ten euros. Its a bit out of town but a five minute tram ride will put you in the city center. I would use this hotel again.
