Great location, right by the Train and Bus Station, few minutes walk to the beaches, port, downtown, etc. Very friendly service, Our room was an Queen + room with a very large bed! Otherwise unremarkable but clean. Breakfast is very expensive - ours was inclusive but otherwise we would have bought breakfast elsewhere. more

Very nice hotel and very nicely located just cross the street from the main train station and the bus station. Buses leave to all the attractions just from accross the street from the hotel, including "le basque bondissant" that will take you to the village of Sarre etc.. Located across the street from the Saint Jean-de-Luz train station, we should have rented the car from there vs. the Biarritz train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and above average bathrooms. We appreciated being just off the town plaza where we could walk to the Rue Gambetta easily.
