Our room was in the "Annexe" - a short walk or drive from the main hotel.Modern decor and clean bathroom. It was good having a fridge as we made our own breakfast and had cold drinks available. The garden was nice and shady with a sparkling pool and sun loungers. Very relaxing.

I ate here at the end of July with three generations of my family. We booked a table earlier that day and managed to get a table on the very pleasant terrace. We were attended to by friendly helpful staff and soon had drinks and nibbles while we looked at the menu options. The meal was paced well, relaxed and... More

we were surprised when we pulled up at the location in the center of Les Eyzies and were told that our room was actually in the Annexe. "Three minutes walk" they claim, and we tested it. If you start at the farthest corner of one property and power walk to the other, it's probably true. The Annexe is just outside... More

The older lady manager speaks no English at all. Expensive basic room with opening to the outdoors. Not very happy with the choice but for seeing the caves it is great. Expensive too. One great thing though was we were able to get ice from the bar.....woo hooo. Did not buy the expensive breakfast. There is a great bakery a... More

This was a meal on our first night in Les Eyzies, organised by the holiday company. As we were travelling through the day, our rep had asked if anyone wouldn't want duck at the group meal that evening. I and several others said we didn't want duck. Although I am not a vegetarian, I explained that I didn't like duck... More

Our family of four, who had been in Les Eyzies several nights, were looking for an upscale restaurant for dinner. We happened to find this restaurant on a side street, and the menu looked very good as did the setting. We returned later that evening for dinner. When we arrived, it was nearly full, so we decided that was a... More

When I look at the pictures and reviews of the rooms here, I can't help wonder whether we were at the same hotel. Or if something transpired between 2008 and 2010. It is located right by the Museum and is a good location to explore sights in the area. However, our room was definitely not clean and was dark, cold... More
