Our rooms were well, appointed and comfortable, with all of the amenities one could wish for (good linens, toiletries, robes and slippers etc.). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the wifi was top-notch and free. We also ate at the restaurant where the food was very good, although we were somewhat disappointed that the best main course the... More

We stayed in Les Glycines for 2 nights. Highlights are: excellent sound and light dampening, amazing garden/pool and very nice restaurant. We agree with trip advisor rating. Now I will lalalalalalalalalala until I get to 200 characters.

We saved this accommodation for our last night at the end of a week of bike riding. It was a reward and we loved every minute. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and keen to assist in any way they could, including driving us to the station because we were weighed down with multiple... More

Though on a busy road (it's an old post hotel by the old station), Les Glycines is quiet and relaxing. Well appointed rooms and baths, a terrace for drinks, a welcoming bistro for breakfast, inviting garden and pool, comfortable bar and an outstanding restaurant for dinner. The staff are professional, kind and attentive, with a good sense of fun. I... More

I enjoyed my stay at Les Glycines immensely. It was the nightlight of my recent visit to Perigord and Acquitaine. Clean, modern, stylish, comfortable, luxurious without being stuffy or formal. Big comfortable and very private room with a good bed and a spacious and nice bathroom. Outstanding restaurant with a good selection of wine and drinks, and an especially nice selection... More

This is an excellent place, with good service, where the owners do their best to make you feel welcome. The cuisine is superlative (but if you are a heavy eater, you may find the dishes slightly short of plentiful, although the average European stomach will be more than satisfied). The chef is inventive, has the skills of a top class... More

Recently awarded of a deserved 4 stars ranking, we used to come already when it was a 3 stars, this hotel is a fantastic place for vacation. The hotel has been recently totally refurbished in a high standard, the new Bistrot is perfect for lunchtime, and the Gastro restaurant is fantastic (outstanding wine cellar) As a family of 4, kids... Our fourth visit to Les Glycines and we would come back again and again. We now live in the area and booked a table to celebrate my husbands birthday. Fabulous food and wine and excellent service as usual all served in beautiful surroundings. We wouldn't t go anywhere else for a family celebration. Many thanks to the owner for his... More

If you are visiting this area to see the prehistoric drawings in the caves, etc., then this is the place to stay. It's in a terrific location for all the towns you will be visiting. It is also one of the nicest in the area. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The garden and pool area in the... More

We stayed only for one night at Les Eyzies during a recent trip to France, and only because Sarlat was quite full that night. We were very happy at that turn of event as we really find the hotel comfortable, the staff really, really friendly, and we had one of our best Foie Gras dinner at the hotel. The small... More

Hello from Les Eyzies, we are very pleased to read you enjoyed your stay at Les Glycines, thanking the staff (and especially our head waiter without his wizard's broom !) and talking about our Foie gras, one of our very famous local products, prepared by the Chef. We took delight in welcoming you, and hope to see you again, but... More
