The following words are not all mine but written by another reviewer, however, I could not have written it any better so have chosen to plagiarise some of his review and add some of my own. - This is a very basic hotel with some pretty dated decor (not seen since the 80s). However, if you can get past that,... More

This hotel was not far from the train station. Exit and proceed to the right were the hotel is well sign posted to the right at the end of a quiet street. The rooms are very small. There is no lift in the hotel but was not a problem for us being on the second floor. Swimming pool and terrace... More

We arrived on a Saturday night and although it was January, the hotel was definitely very quiet. The reception staff was courteous and the lovely lady even helped us up the stone staircase with our heavy bags. Just the fact this happened suggests there isn’t an elevator in the hotel that would obviously be a deterrent for someone with mobility... More

This is a very basic hotel with some pretty dated decor (not seen since the 80s). However, if you can get past that, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the service is generally quite good. The best aspects of this hotel are the secluded and good-sized pool and the private (and free) parking. It also has relatively... More

I spent three nights here on business. My room was modest but comfortable. I found it to be very clean and kept that way throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel for exploring Bergerac on a low budget. Although a modest sum, Its a pity they charge for car parking.

Staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast is good traditional French food and "Madame" is most obliging. Good secure off-street parking and a nice little pool area. A quiet location only 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Bergerac. The only issue from our stay was that the room and bathroom, while very clean and well maintained, were tiny. This hotel... More

We stayed her for one night early September and we were sorry we could not stay for another night or two. Basic but very clean room..we were to the front and had no noise problems. Very good varied breakfast. The pool was very welcome in the heat . I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a bed in Bergerac

We spent two days in Bergerac last week and thoroughly enjoyed this quiet hotel. It is not a pretentious hotel but we appreciated the location, close to the train station and center, the service, the relaxing pool area and the air-conditioning (which was optional).

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights Sept 13th to 16th 2014. Two couples, and we really enjoyed our stay. Owners very friendly and very hard working. Brought drinks out to pool-nothing too much trouble when you asked. Rooms basic but very clean. Pool area was lovely - relaxing area. Close to station.A real gem of a hotel for... More

A last-minute stop in Bergerac led me to this hotel. I arrived at 8.00pm to a very warm welcome and an offer to put the swimming pool lights on if I wanted to have a swim. A very comfortable well-decorated room on the 1st floor - indeed there is no lift - but this was not a problem. Separate en-suite,... More
