We found the policy of one one wifi connection per person rather odd and slightly inconvenient (too bad if you have two devices). Other than that our room was big and clean, the bathroom was great and hotel is well located. Would stay here again.

Hotel Palym is the place to stay in Biarritz, yes you can get something more expensive but not better value for money and personal. The hotel is now being upgraded and is even better. The owner Mr Bernard and his family is just fantastic. Our family of 5 can warmly recommend it. Christian

I stayed one night in the cheapest room of this hotel; very clean, spacy, comfortable beds, friendly staff. moreover, it is located between the 2 surfing beaches, only a few meters from the beach. definitely more than you would have expected! I hope to return there soon as I can just recommend this budget hotel.
