This is a wonderful hotel. It's a close walk to the town centre and the beaches. Well appointed room, friendly staff but one word of caution, parking is at a premium in the area so plan that accordingly.

I decided to book this hotel for 1 day because I saw the beautiful pictures they have. I was expecting a pleasant experience since Biarritz is such a beautiful place. When I saw the room... I just get very upset and had the feeling that they just try to sell the beautiful one's but they don't show well the basement,... More

Dear Madam, You have booked through the website www.booking.com a standard room on the garden level. We gave you room number 102. It is true that is the smallest room of our Hotel. However, we are doing our best to sell our room for what they are. That’s why we have called the room on the basement “garden room level”.... More

Had a 2 day visit to Biarritz, we arrived by car, and were very tired, but arriving to the hotel, settling into a cozy bed and a room that smell like beautiful clean lavender was incredible. The hotel has only a few rooms which seems to keep things nice and quiet. The concierges, both at day and night were lovely... More

Can only duplicate the comments of other favourable reviews about the staff and the style of the hotel. We were in one of the downstairs rooms reached by spiral staircase but that was no problem and it had a small courtyard so we were very happy with the accommodation and service. Nice breakfast and good location. Beach below the hotel... More

This hotel is perfectly situated in Biarritz: 10 minute (incredibly scenic) walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the most amazing farmer's market, 2 minute walk from incredible patisseries. In addition, the rooms are incredible spacious and most have out door seating areas which are wonderful for having wine in the evenings. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern.... More

A stylish and elegant hotel within walking distance of Biarritz town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and available 24 hours a day. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay. The only criticism we have was the noise of the hot water/heating tank filling was very noticeable from our room from 5am.... More

This is a lovely hotel with a good road access. The entrance is really welcoming with French appeal. The receptionist spoke English, she was helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious with period style furniture. Again, for Europe, the bathroom is a good size with full length bath and comp toiletries. There is a television, desk, free WIFI. Breakfast is... A very pleasant unpretentious hotel near the sea with magnificent breakers . Good walks by the sea but at the same time close to the town centre with many interesting restaurants and shops. No restaurant but this does not matter as there are many nearby.
