Great location.
Disliked:
The annexed building (not the main hotel) and it's rooms are old and seem a lot less safe. Very noisy at night externally from nearby clubs and internally from the sound of other guests entering/leaving. Sparse rooms.
Cleaners start their rounds and hovering at 10 in the morning and insist on entering the rooms.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was over priced, noisy and small. Although the room was clean it was very shabby and the walls were paper thin. I then moved to the...

Rooms are simple yet clean, staff and owners are lovely and make your stay very pleasant. Would recommend for anyone wanting a great location in the centre of Biarritz. Nothing fancy but only for sleeping anyway. Will definitely stay there again. Merci
stayed two nights
1st night in annexe building across the road. paper thin doors so noise from hallway. no soap, dark room.
2nd night moved into main building. same paper thin doors. sheets were creased and had hair on them, seemed obvious to me that they had not been changed. mentioned this to reception. they said they were fresh, would...
