A very pleasant room in a well situated hotel made this an enjoyable stopover. Private parking was available but could not be pre booked. The place was empty in February but I'm sure it would be different in the summer. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly and all spoke good English. The T.V. in the room, which was very... Nice mid priced hotel close to the seafront and old town. My room was large, clean, had a comfortable bed, strong free Wifi, aircon. Slight noise from the road eliminated when windows closed. Staff helpful and friendly. No room safe but this didn't seem too much of an omission in this town! I didn't take breakfast but Happy Days Diner... More

We stayed here for 1 night on September 2nd a stop over on our way down to Spain. I had chosen this hotel for it location and write ups which on the whole were very good. We arrived about 4pm and were shown to our room on the first floor with a window overlooking the garden! The room was very... More

We spent seven nights at this hotel during a very hot spell in early September so were grateful for the efficient air conditioning system. Our room overlooked the street but we were generally not disturbed by traffic noise ( other than early morning refuse collections) due to effective double glazing. These windows did, however, open wide to allow fresh air... More

A correct value in Biarritz, very professional service, good location near the beach, in the nice street. Only pity - it lacks character, rooms very minimalistic, and beds too hard. Barhrooms very small. Breakfast is limited.

We stayed at the Oceania Biarritz in early June. Its in a good position within a short walking distance to the beach. The staff were very helpful with directions and information. However if your room is overlooking the street then it can get quite noisy due to traffic during the rush hour. Ask for a room overlooking the garden. The... More

Stayed at this hotel for four nights at the end of January. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly,we had a room overlooking the street on the fourth floor. The building works commented on previously have finished externally so we had no problem with noise. The room was very spacious and modern and had one of the most comfortable... More

We spent two nights at Hotel Escale Oceania Biarritz as a bit of a break in a self drive tour from Bordeaux. We had no trouble finding the hotel and we were able to park for free right out front. We had a very nice room overlooking the street with a bit of a view to the ocean. The room... More

We stayed in this hotel only one night but hotel is ideally located for exploring Biarritz and close towns. It has underground parking for 10euro for a night. You can park on the street which is free of charge but first you have to find a space. So I recommend to spend these 10 euro and forgetting about parking problems.... More

Very pleasant hotel in a residential street. Good location with an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. No frills but adequate for short stays. Staff pleasant and helpful. Secure parking for a small charge.
