This is a very nice little hotel in the heart of Biarritz, just a few blocks from the waterfront, with the feel of a B&B. Good sized room, clean, and adequate hot water. We were severely mislead by the entry on the Alistair Sawday website which stated that this property was "located at the corner of a quiet street .....".
