First class service at this Hotel. All staff members very friendly and helpful. Rooms superb and a great location. I felt like I was going back in time because the attitude of the staff was the "customer is KING" and nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure you had a relaxing and stress free stay. Top quality... More

Hotel is very well located. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a market selling fresh and cooked food. Rooms are well designed but beware of the last rooms on the ground floor. To be more specific room 024 as there is no wifi service available. Check in staff are efficient but not really friendly. After we were given... More

I stayed for four days in October 2014. A very nice hotel with a great roof pool and a fantastic view. Nice, clean rooms and a breakfast with "everything". Drinks and food on the more expensive side but that's common with business hotels.

Enjoyed this hotel for recent weekend break. It is ideally located for easy access to the busy drinking/eating area around Les Halles, but quiet enough not to suffer the noise. Walk to main shops and beach is about 10 mins up and down hills, but you can't avoid that in Biarritz. Ocean view superior room was a good size, but... More

Good comfort, good service, good price. Parking at 20euros per night is however too expensive. The hotel is well located for visits to Biarritz, St Jean de Luz and the very nice city of San Sebastian.

We went to stay at Biarritz for two nights at half price which was excellent value. Parking expensive but your car is safe? Did not have breakfast which also is pricey 23E, but went to the place Eugenie which was good for 7E I would not pay the full price?
