I got this room for around 60 euro, and it is in a fantastic location in the centre of town. Clean, well preserved and quiet, though I am on the 6th floor and have 2 balconies. The #8 bus gets you from just outside the snfr gare Biarritz in just under 20 min for 1 euro to stop 'continental' that... More

We stayed for 2 nights. Older style hotel in the heart of town. Good sized room and bathroom, with separate toilet. Very close to bus station for Spain. The breakfast room looked very nice but we didn't have breakfast in house. Staff at check in efficient. Good standard hotel with lots of facilities and services. easy walk to Beach, Casino... More

I like to stay in hotels that are not part of large modern chains and the Grand Tonic was a good place to be. It is in the centre of town and steps from the sea front, not far from the bus stops to and from the airport. Our room was Art Deco in keeping with the style of the... More

Oh dear - what a terrible hotel and alleged hotel manager. 1/ told the hotel manager that the breakfast was unsatisfactory (flies on food, Old dry hams and cheeses, broken toaster, and no bread at all...apparently it had finished at 10am - breakfast is till 11am) She said "I'm sorry for the breakfast, the rain, the cold, but i can... slightly above average, but typical European Beach upscale hotel, convenient walking to beach, casino, restaurants & shopping. lucked out on parking (only a few spaces) due to Winter visit, I'm sure not to be so lucky in warmer months

Easy access to everywhere locating a few steps from the beach. Breakfast just good, not excellent. (Funny thing is that you'll have to boil your own eggs) Service on the front desk was really cold when arriving but noticed on the next day that it is just problem with those two persons working on the same shift together. Otherwise personnel... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in Jully. It was in perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants and a short bus ride from Biarritz Gare. My only negative points are that considering it's a 4star hotel, and it's price, the shower was not clean and breakfast was horrendous. We unfortunately just walked into the breakfast... More

Stayed 5nights.Staff helpful and spoke English. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Excellent mirror location for make-up. Room 507. Easy access to Grande Plage, restaurants, shops etc Chose not to eat breakfast etc at hotel. Lots of variety in food. Market halls well worth visiting - beautiful stalls. Spent mornings at Beach fronted Cafe straight down some steps opposite... More
