Cozy, modern, good location not too far from downtown and great staff. Room service starts only at 8:30 PM, which is a bit too late. Breakfast is fine and the design concept is interesting. There is no gym. Not too many eating options around. Good shopping available in the area.

I stayed there with the girlfriend in Oct 2015. We paid around $200USD for one night so we were expecting to have a nice stay. The cons: 1. We showed up at 1pm and the room was not ready. The check in time is 3pm on the website. We came back around 5pm. the room was ready but the check-in... More

Pro:large rooms, comfy beds, good wifi, clean sauna with amazing massage chair, cool bar with cocktails and good service, meetings room is well apppointed and arranged, coffee and cakes available. Con: terrible smell of sewage in reception, front of hotel and on 4th floor. Cant check in before... More

The hotel is in a good location with very easy tram access to the centre of Bordeaux (5 min on the tram). It's a strange looking place and certainly not what I'd normally go for, but onsite parking and the price sold it for us. Interaction with the staff was very limited other than a quick goodbye and hello as... More

Who rated this place 4 stars? While the lobby is stylish, travelers beware of room 403! A 1 or 2 star rating would be a better fit. To start, the curtains next to the bed were FILTHY. Seriously, I wonder what past guests were doing in this room for these stains to happen... and why the heck staff didn't think... More

This 4-star hotel is the worst we have ever been in: 1. The smell in the reception was awful - a clear plumbing issue or something else but very unpleasant; 2. The carpet in the reception and in the elevator will give you insight of the full history of the hotel; 3. In the room the carpet history continues; the... More

Stayed 4 nights. Breakfast included due to length of stay . Took express bus from airport to main train station-7 euro each way -then taxi to hotel (20 euros). On arrival warm welcome at reception. Large room very modern with a smoked glass ceiling. Largest bath I have ever seen ! Bed comfy. Breakfast tasty . Hotel is about 1... More

Our room was on the top floor and was very modern and spacious. The shower was especially awesome. There's also a balcony, which is great. The location is ideal (right next to the tram which makes it really easy to get around). Only complaint is that there was kind of an odd smell on the lower level floors. This didn't... More

A quirky, trendy hotel, just a few minutes tram ride from the centre of Bordeaux (or a lovely stroll along the river). Yes, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast good (although it is served in a black nightclub, which is a bit odd). Air conditioning very very good, and not bad wifi, and a bowl of sweets is in... More

We stayed here for one night at a cost of 285 euros. The room was dirty, the bath had a cigarette burn and there was burn marks on the carpet. There is a sense of seediness about the hotel. The only good thing I can recommend is the car park and at only 10 euros extra is great value compared... More
