Visited this place back in 2007, just to be honest back then it was rather horrified... Came back again just last week because of it's location. Surprisingly well by now! I think the hotel refurbished few years ago, and it is good to know my friend prefer this place more than the othersas well... Mainly because he is a very... More

I chose this Hotel from the Internet as it is directly over the road from the main train station of Bordeaux. The walk would be no more than 100 meters. On top of that, there is a tram stop with automatic ticket vending machines right out the front of the station. The tram ride to the centre of Bordeaux (the... More

We were a little nervous about staying here because of the bad reviews. We shouldn't have been. It was excellent! We arrived at Bordeaux airport late at night and caught the airport bus to Bordeaux Station. Hotel Regina is directly across from the Bordeaux train station. We left on a train early the next morning so our stay was brief.... More

Stayed just one night in order to catch early train. Room quite small but clean and compact! Great location ideal for the station. Reception very helpful. Breakfast good. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Would recommend.

We spent 1 night here as it was the only hotel near the train station that had rooms available. The rooms were very dated and had a musty smell. Bed was very uncomfortable. Nothing positive to say other than it is right opposite the train station and was reasonably priced at 80 Euros a night.

Right opposite the train station it couldn't be easier to get to. Staff were polite and spoke English. The room was clean and well decorated. Air conditioning would have been nice though. When I was there the wifi wasn't working, which was a massive pain. Breakfast was a couple of bread rolls and an orange. The coffee was old and... More

If you are looking for a hotel that is convenient for a quick visit to Bordeaux then Hotel Regina is great. Even though our room faced the train station it was very quiet for sleeping at night. The room was freshly painted and a good value for the city. Although we only needed 2 beds the room actually had 3... More

I needed something close to the station and the hotel looked great from the outside. The daytime staff were lovely, a little pushy about taking the optional 8eur breakfast (I was asked several times by 3 different staff members at front desk) but otherwise they were warm and professional. After a long day working, I returned, the man at the... More

I'd spent the previous night in hospital (virus/bug) and we missed our train, high season and everywhere booked up so this was a last resort. Absolutely fine for that. The room was small but comfy. Rubbish view from the window but I felt too ill to care. The two of us had ample room in the bed, price seemed a... More
