This is a really good hotel ideally located opposite the Grand Theatre. It is, however, extremely expensive! Seems poorly managed. Great location but difficult to enjoy it at such an annoying hotel. Lost my laundry prior to an important dinner. Seem to have a lot of rules none of which contribute to their guests well being. more
