We choose this hotel because it had private parking. We booked to reserve the parking two weeks before. However, we where told there was no space for us as we had a large car and we where to use the public car park nearby which cost us 30€ for one night, instead of the 13€ as was confirmed by the... Dear M. & Mrs, Thanks for your 3 days stay in our hotel. Unfortunately we made a mistake the first day as a space was available in our parking for you, and didn't realised it was OK. But the 2 days after you parked your car inside, as it was planed with your booking. Unfortunately, it's not possible to park... More

We stayed for just one night, but will certainly stay again. The location near the place Gambetta is perfect - lots of good restaurants close by. We had a first floor room overlooking the but as this was mid-week, there was no late night noise. The bed was large & very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with cake as well as... More

We only stayed one night, but would definitely choose again for a stay in Bordeaux. We had the last room available, which was small but comfortable. This hotel is very central, but peacefully located away from the traffic. Good breakfast and great service from reception.

very nice boutique hotel, very helpful staff, very clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, perfect located to discover Bordeaux. Only: to find a parking place is a challange but not impossible. We had the luck with a place right in front of the entrance.

We were so disappointed with this hotel and they tainted our mini break in the lovely Bordeaux. We saved up and treated ourselves to the 172 euro a night superior room as our break was for a special occasion. When we got there we were given a very small bedroom that we would never have booked or stayed in. It... More

Dear Madam, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we do not agree with your comment. It was NOT an overbook with your room. You were just disappointed about the hotel and the room. You were looking for an higher level, and I'm sorry, but it's not what we can offer. We did a discount with you final invoice as you... More

The hotel is housed in a renovated old building and on a very quiet side-street but easily within 10 min walk of Rue St Catherine (for those who like to shop) and Rue St Remi (for those who like to eat). Our room had plenty of space, with a sofa bed and proper double bed (not twins pushed together), a... More

We rented a double room, plus a triple for the kids. We were very happy with the choice, considering the options available. The hotel is perfectly located for tourists wanting to visit old Bordeaux. It is an old building recently renovated. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable and with air conditioning. The staff is very friendly. There is... More

Nicely decorated and renovated little hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast quite expensive at 10 euros a person. Rooms quite small, and ours were on top floor and very dark with small windows overlooking courtyard. Good and safe location.

Smart little hotel in a very convenient location in Bordeaux. Loved the room - 3 of us shared & it was clean & cosy. Wifi excellent. Breakfast was good - seemed quite expensive but was delicious & you could recharge your juice, etc.
