We spent one night here after Christmas at this small hotel in a great location in Bordeaux. Clean comfortable rooms. We had a great nights sleep. Our room was at the front of the hotel and we had no noise disruption at all. We parked in the underground carpark just around the corner. Super modern hotel. Would recommend.

We were shocked when we arrived for the "cell" we had rent with two floors to climb bags without elevator. Glad we could move to a little larger room at ground floor at a more expensive rate that made us feel free of prison. So, if you come with bags and do not like to do bag-lifting in a narrow... More

Central location, charming rooms, fair price. Room to the inner courtyard absolutely quiet. Bars, cafes, restaurants around the corner. Perfect to explore the city on foot. Parking garage just a few min away (seemed a safer option than curbside even if it might be pricier). Hotel offers breakfast for 11 euros which seemed a bit overpriced. Many alternatives in the... Very friendly staff, good location in the old downtown of Bordeaux. Good price for very clean room. The room was a bit small though. Many good restaurants within walking distance. A historic and charming building.

Stayed here for three nights in a twin room. Beds were incredibly small (much small than my student bed at university) and really uncomfortable - if you moved you would fall off! It states that it's a boutique design hotel, but there isn't much design to it unless it's minimalist. Each night we were only supplied with one set of... More

Stayed here last week. La Cour Carree is in a good location, easy walk from central Bordeaux. They can provide parking with a reservation or there is public parking not far away. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms nice and clean. Good value for what you get.

I have stayed at this hotel in September, 2013 with my husband and we had a good experience at La Cour Carre. The hotel was renovated, with friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are renovated and clean, with nice air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. Very silent. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Bordeaux, with a walking... More

We generally found this place to be as per the previous reviews, with one exception. The only shower facility was hand held, which made for a fairly cold, unpleasant shower. The room itself was nice, and the location was great, as were the staff. But if you value a good shower before you start your day, look elsewhere. The disappointing... More

Small but very comfortable, I stayed here with my 2 year old, whom the staff made very welcome. The rooms are very tastefully renovated and the beds soft and cosy. I would recommend for short stays and small family groups as well as design-loving independent travelers.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2013. We had booked to stay at the Ibis hotel (big mistake) but on arrival found it dreadful and therefore began a late evening search for a better option. Fortunately we stumbled across Hotel La Cour Carree which was not only around the same price as the Ibis, but better... More
