This hotel is centrally located which is close to the shopping area. It is not too close to the Bordeaux train station but you can easily get there by tram or by bus from the train station. Besides, the train station area is not a good area for tourists as it is far from the shopping area and sightseeing spots.... More

Location is perfect. Very clean and neat hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very convenient for meetings, shopping and restaurants. All monuments are at walking distance. Very convenient for local transport also.

As a three star, the breakfast was ok and par for the course. The rooms have high ceilings and stone walls-- my favorite part. The bathroom in my room (14) was woefully cramped. Was ok for me as a single but would have been a challenge if my wife and I were staying here. No facial tissues anywhere in the... More

Interesting room full of quaint design features. Microwave provided but not tea or coffee making no cups or cutlery so what's the point of the microwave. Don't ask about the bathroom. Having said that centrally located in a beautiful city. Breakfast so so.

Charming room , not very big, with beautifful nature stone wall, mediterranean and smart furnishing, not big but very central, very quiet and functional. WLAN too slow for business, though. Car park deal close to hotel and convenient.

A friend recommended we stay here. The room was teeny. The clerk asked if we wanted breakfast, but didn't mention there was a charge of 12.5 euros for each of us... so we were unpleasantly surprised at checkout, especially since we each ate very little for breakfast. We had just come from a small B&B in Blaye which was half... More

Extremely well located hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms are decent for the price you pay. Negative point the extremely small bathroom and the "flood effect" every time you shower... The room was located at the ground floor in the nearby building to the main hotel... negative point the room was extremely humid and badly aerated. Free... More

The hotel is on a pedestrian only street which they don't tell you so you'll go crazy trying to drive there. I booked a double room only to be told there was a 20E charge for second person; tried explaining I booked a double because there were two people otherwise I would have book a SINGLE. Our room was tiny... More

It's an interesting experience driving to this hotel as you have to get through bollards in the pedestrianised part of Bordeaux. To do this you need to get a code from hotel reception. You then announce the numbers in French through the intercom by the entrance into the old town, so that the bollards can be lowered and then you... More
