My room wasn't cleaned. When I asked for service, they told me that for the day it was impossible. When I asked at least for fresh towels, they told me they couldn't even bring them to my room, I had to go and get them myself. Sorry Citadine, if this is your service, you won't see me again. On the... More

It is our every intention to provide excellent service and products to our residents. What happened was an isolated incident due to an event which we had that day and we are very sorry that it affected your stay with us. I would like to assure you that this is not the usual standard we strive for. I hope that... More

WE enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, nice bed and linens, crisp white duvet. It was a nice bonus having the fridge for wine and coffee in the morning. The bathroom was clean and modern. It was easy walking to city sights and great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and... More

We stayed two nights here at the very beginning of a 4 week Eurotrip with two very young children (3 and under 1). After 26 hours of travel, this place was a godsend! It was a bit tricky to find, but with the help of some friendly locals, we were able to get there, bags, children and all, with little... More

A friend and I stayed here last week (Sep 13). It was within easy walking distance of the centre and near a shopping centre called Auchon. The rooms are fine for the money and the staff are helpful, friendly and tolerant of those with only GCE French. I would recommend that you have breakfast in the shopping centre. There is... More

After 5 weeks of an 11 week travel program, we were looking for a facility where we could have an extended break to gather our breath, explore a city but also have facilities where we could have some "home" cooked meals and be able to determine our own timetable. This facility fitted the needs admirably. Great location, a few minutes... More

The bed was missing and later substituted with sofa cum bed used for kids. We dared to ask for change in room with additional cost the hotel staff vanished away to find out costs and never came back to give extra cost or change the room. Finally we had to move out of hotel searching for new hotel.

I stayed in a studio apartment on the 3rd September 2013 for one night, on route from southern Spain to the Eurotunnel. The studio apartment (no larger than most modern hotel rooms these days) was dated. Painted wood chip wallpaper, the carpet was heavily stained and the linoleum floor covering in the hallway, separate toilet and bathroom was badly worn.... More

The location of Citadines was perfect; within walking distance to shopping streets and other landmarks. The room is fairly comfortable and has a couple of hot plates and a microwave suitable for the preparation of a quick meal. The service was bad. The staff was unhelpful. On the first day, when asking for information, we received a mumbled answer that... More

We stayed one night in this apartment hotel. It's a studio with small kitchen, toilet, shower and room with twin beds and TV. There 's no air-conditioning so we left the window open. Gives some noise of the street and construction area. You can park inside but little narrow. Touched a pillar :( with my car. Breakfast very basic. Payed... More
