Unfriendly staff, elevator often didn't work, the sensor from the basement car park didn't work and as the elevator didn't work, we often had to walk about 5 minutes (with our 1 year old and 2 year old) around the block and through the park (which I don't recommend walking through after dark) No AC/fan in our room, we had... We stayed in a twin studio room #204 for 2 nights. Reception is on the 1st floor with card key entry at street level. Our room was spacious but large table/chairs made it feel a bit cramped & awkward. There was also a small tiled covered balcony that hadn't been cleaned for some time. The beds were very hard and... Extremely easy to find! Located beside a huge shopping centre, room contained self catering equipment so was handy as we had our kids with us!!! Rooms were clean, bright and spacious!! Bed was comfy and pull out sofa beds were nearly more comfortable than my bed back home!! Ideal for a city break adventure!!!

Myself and my friend stayed in a two bed apartment here. Not too far from the airport and the room was lovely with a bathroom and a separate toilet. We also had a little kitchen and a balcony! The staff in reception were very friendly and the hotel was really central with a shopping center right next door (very handy... More

We stayed here for one night en route to more quaint surroundings up-river near Bergerac. While the other two hotels nearby are likely more efficiently set up for overnighters, the Citadines is a good inexpensive apartment hotel conveniently located in the city centre. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite, with a separate bedroom, shower room, and separate... More

I like to think our reviews are fair balanced and objective. Unfortunately, for the first time on over forty years staying at hotels all over the world, I am unable to award any positive points on this hotel. It was completely and utterly unacceptable. We had booked three nights here, in a “ larger studio”. As it turns out there... More

Dear Caroline, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. While we constantly strive to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, regrettably, on this occasion, we have fallen short of our key objective. I would like to assure you that as soon as I have... More

This was by far one of my WORST hotel experiences. Our room was unbearably hot, all the windows were shut and someone left the heat on, it was impossible to sleep. The front desk agent only shrugged, not very interested in our dissatisfaction..... The desk closes at 10pm - do not arrive later than that or you will stand on... More

We booked this as a budget overnight stay as we had a late-night flight to Bordeaux, and were going to drive our rental car to Limousin in the morning. However, we were so disgusted with the cleanliness of this place that we left and stayed at the Ibis across the road. Here's a shortlist of the problems: - There is... More

Stayed for three nights in a first floor room during recent hot weather. No aircon here. Fan offered when we checked in which was an auspicious start. Room was clean and functional and bright, Galley kitchen just fine though had to ask for missing bottle opener. It does have a kettle. Bonus was balcony overlooking raised nearby park which you... It was pretty warm when we arrived on 23 June and did not cope well without air-conditioning. We found out that none of the apartments in the building had air-conditioning. We bought a table fan from nearby Auchan shopping centre, and the reception kindly loaned another one. My husband and I and our teenage daughter had a 1 bedroom apartment... More
