The friendly staff that welcomes you at Burdigala - just a 5 min walk from historical and central Bordeaux are real professionals.The surroundings of this hotel do not provide any of the rooms with a great, romantic view. Staff were really nice and very helpful especially Stephane who recommened restaurants and booked them for us and would always phone our room about an hour before to tell us he had booked a taxi.
