this is the worst hotel I have EVER visited. to begin with when you walk in there uis no welcome. walk away now before you pay. I was bitten while here (fleas). the rooms are beyond tired I think they tried for a nautical theme but it's ended up like sonething off an exhausted American gangster movie . paint chipped.... There are no stars for this hotel. It is noisey, dirty, overpriced in a miserable part of Bordeaux, plus add mosquitos in the room and you have the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Do not stay here,it adds nothing to your trip.Normally I wouldn't waste my time reviewing this place, but I wanted to warn people.Enter at your own peril.

Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend for under £200 the staff spoke good english (i speak french but my boyfriend doesnt) the room was small yet the bed was comfy, tv had plenty of local channels, close to tram+train station, didn't try breakfast because we found a local pâtisserie which was cheaper. Only problems were that there's no... More

I stayed for one night whilst travelling through to Spain. I have never had a toilet where you had to put your hand into a hole in the wall and find the internal mechanism. The toilet was obviously broken but when the receptionist was called to the room proceeded to explain how to flush it. When I asked to be... More

We decided to book based on our budget, it's a reasonable price, the room was clean, not the most comfortable though, the location was within a walking distance, we came back at night after dinner and it's ok for a stroll on the quays. The paid parking is in the basement. It's a friendly place

I'm a fan of cheap French hotels, but I'll think twice before I return to this one. My room was very inexpensive but tiny and rather shabby, and it didn't look like the girl who checked me in tried one jot to get me the quiet room I asked for - it was at the top of the hotel and... More

Very run down as the wall paper was hanging from the walls, the combined bathroom WC was a old self contained plastic module, the bed was brick hard and we had a terrible night. The only plus was the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However one to be avoided unless you are on a very very tight... More

We booked this as we just had a quick overnight stay before an early train the next day. This was cheap in price and available but if another nearby budget hotel has vacancies then try them first. Positives - close to the station, walking distance to the river & city, 24hr reception, clean enough, good shower, good breakfast selection Negatives... More

Most of the staff where pleasant, and the location is good. Sadly the room was tiny and the walls where covered in dodgy artex and cause you to scratch your legs trying to get over to the farther single bed. Overall really basic, cheap and good location
