The staff were very friendly the room was clean the air conditioning worked fine but the tv remote didn't work (though don't fancy watching tv much on holiday). Didn't have breakfast sadly but the view look great. The milk in the room for tea was not great (even though it was a form of uht).

Visited Bordeaux for four nights for my honeymoon in July. The hotel was fairly clean and close to the city center. However, when we checked in we noticed that there was a large hole in the ceiling (about a foot diameter in our room). The room itself was very large. The bathroom was okay however the sink consistently filled with... More

When I checked in I was greeted basically, been given limited information on meal times and issued our keys, there were no pleasantries whatsoever. During the stay we needed to speak to reception on only two occasions. Firstly, to find out how to purchase wifi (hotel information states FREE wifi but this only lasts 24 hours). Whilst mid conversation with... More

Stayed here as a part of a conference. Check-in was complex due to numbers but friendly and the room was good with free wifi. 7th floor restaurant had a great view and the food was okay. Very well located for modern efficient trams to historic sites, great french cuisine and shopping. Would stay again.

We stayed there for 2 nights while in Bordeaux. Decent room size with decent price compared to most name brand hotels. Bathrooms are still small but it's good for the price. Top floor where we had breakfast had a good view of the river and town center. it's within walking distance to town center. We did rent a car but... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip, the hotel was clean comfortable and by French standards the rooms were large and plenty of space to move around. The breakfast was good but a little expensive for 19 euro pp for what you got I thought, particularly me who only had coffee and a few pieces of bread. The... More

An overnight stop on the way to the Dordogne, so well located to explore Bordeaux, right by the Garonne and there was a wine festival in full swing too. Rooms large, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast on the 7th floor was a cold buffet but with a really great selection of everything you could wish for. Underground parking below the... More
