This is a lovely hotel, newly refurbished and with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool very much. However we had attended a wedding that night and requested a late check out (the hotel was almost empty on the Saturday with 2 other couples present at breakfast that morning. The conciere refused point blank to allow even 30mins more in... more

this hotel is desinged for business and congresses. but outside exhibition periods it's ideal for weekends for visiting bordeaux! it's top standard of the accor-hotels. clean and extremely friendly in servicing clients. the concierge "hubert" is outstanding, you can ask or request what you want and the service will be provided immediately. only 10 minutes by car to bordeaux! we... more

This a the new offering of the Accor hotels and is ideally suited for people whose work does not involve travelling to down town bordeaux but more around it. Refreshing new concept and well appointed rooms. Excellent views of the Lac and an efficient house keeping department. I must add that if you don't have much to do in the... more

This is a great location and a very nice hotel. The room was great it was a suite and had both a tub and a shower! I enjoyed my stay here very much the in room breakfast each day was included with my rate and it was wonderful. The room was always clean and fresh each day when we returned... more

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights as a bit of a treat in the summer. At the time i was 7 months pregnant and really appreciated the luxury, especially the huge bed. The only downfall to the room was the lack of a bath which I really would have benefitted from after a long day wandering around Bordeaux.... more

My husband and I stayed at the Pullman in September, for one night only. After a long flight from Asia via Paris and picking up our car at the start of our trip to France, I thought it looked easy to find and could park the car. We found the doorman very helpful and he parked the car in the... more

This is primarily a business hotel on the outskirts of the town. It's very modern and clean and the breakfast is above average. However, the setting is not picturesque (even with the lake) and getting into town by bus & tram, although cheap and quite quick during peak hours, is not good on a Sunday or in the evening. There... more

My family (two adults and three children) stayed for three nights at the Pullman Bordeaux in August 2008. We were very very pleased with our entire stay right from the beginning. We were welcomed by a doorman who knew our name and knew that we had two rooms reserved and he helped with our luggage and parked our car. The... more

The Pullman used to be a Sofitel hotel and we booked it based on experiences with this chain before. On the whole we weren't disappointed. The hotel is situated outside the city center, but this made it relatively easy to access by car. It is surrounded by other chain hotels, exhibition halls and a couple of chain restaurants (which we... more

This hotel is placed in the hotel equivalent of an industrial estate. It has an uninspiring exterior and a chic and modern interior. Recption staff are polite yet unhelpful. They could offer little advice on hotel or room facilities. When we asked whether or not the complimentary bottle of red wine could be exchanged to bottle of white as my... more
