Now called Hotel Inn.Quite an apt title! More an inn than an hotel. Looks dowdy from the outside, but clean enough inside. As I passed in the bus from the airport, I hoped I was not going there, but, alas, I was. Minibar was sealed up, so no ice to cool liquids, not able to cool wine etc. Tea tray... more

I'm not sure whether it was just because it was between Christmas and New Year but quite frankly this is a Holiday Inn I wont be revisiting The hotel is very run-down, we were upgraded to an Executive room due to Priority membership but apart from that only bright spark everything else seemed to go downhill. The rooms were run... more

Stayed here on holiday in 'Executive Room' via customer loyalty scheme, so can't really comment on value. Room was comfortable with large flatscreen TV. Internet available in bar. Hotel is not really in town centre but a tram stop is just outside the hotel and its an easy trip into the plesant town centre where there are loads of restaurants.... more

We stayed in this hotel during Aug/Sep 2007 and found that the mini bar had been removed, the safe was locked open and the security chain had been forced from the door (other items not worth mentioning). We took photo evidence but on writing to InterContinental Hotels Group we received a brush off more

Having read some of the reviews on this website after making our booking we were fearing the worst, however we were very pleasantly surprised. The Jetbus from the airport stops at the railway station approx 3 - 5 mins walk from the hotel which is located on a clean wide street mainly used by the Bordeaux tram service (which is... more

We stayed in this hotel about a week after the Glasgow reviewer and would endorse all that they said. The tram is a real bonus for getting about. The room was very comfortable , with plenty of room. Although the bar was closed most nights, the staff would always open it on request and the reception staff were always very... more

We booked this hotel before reading the reviews on Trip Advisor - when we did they were all negative and made me feel very daunted about staying there. However, when we arrived, the staff were very helpful and let us check in much earlier than the time stated. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel location is excellent, being... more

This was my first visit and probably the last to this holiday inn. As it was the first visit, we printed the directions from the Holiday inn website but they are not explicit enough so ended up in the center of town. Finally we spot the hotel, but wait - the road turns away from the hotel, then again we... more

This is a very nice hotel that is secure and has a nice staff. It is right next to a new tram stop and also very convenient to the rail station. The neighborhood is a little weird and I wouldn't walk there alone at night, however it is close to the touristy part of town. If you can stay in... more

I booked the Holiday Inn as I have used the same hotels in the UK so I knew what it would be like. The first room had damp sheets so we changed rooms. The holiday went well, until on our last night, the room was broken into, and valubles stolen - from the locked safe which was wrenched from the... more
