My wife and I got here after a horrendous train ride form Montpelier which was delayed 8 hours so we missed half a day. When we booked in and told the man at reception he was so helpful and brought us a glass of wine each to say sorry for the train delays which happen in France, we knew straight... More

This is a very good hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. The strange thing about this hotel is that all rooms have the same size, but the more beds there are, the more you have to pay. There is a big parking, and there is a small zone for the hotel. There are not many places, and, when we returned,... More

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay here while in bordeaux. It was only a 10 minute walk into the main city areas. The rooms were immaculatey appointed and we were very warmly welcomed by reception staff. Big rooms, very clean and also reasonably priced.

Hotel was comfortable and rooms spacious for Europe. Hotel is a bit dated and could do with a revamp, good location, close to attractions and good safe car parking on site. Breakfast was average and would recommend not taking this option and heading into the City for a good selection of cafes and restaurants. Overall a good hotel but not... More

Needed a hotel in Bordeaux for just one night. Hotel is in good location with short walk to the old town. Hotel has seen better days, it is a bit outdated. There was also strong smell of some cleaning aid in the corridor and the room.

Great location, very near a tram. We paid extra for a privilege room, on the 3rd floor, we had a mini bar replenished every day with soft drinks and an espresso machine, both made the stay a lot nicer. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds firm. Having a choice of 3 pillows was great. Overall a great... More

Hotel was great with lots of room and stylised film noir photos up around the hotel. Our room actually had a screen shot of someone being drowned in the bath, my daughter decided the shower might be a better option!). Bordeaux around the hotel was great, and is a modern city with lots of great art and decorations (At Xmas).

Having had some mediocre experiences elsewhere in this chain , this hotel restored my faith in the formula they propose. Clean, well-appointed and with helpful staff. The situation is a bit daunting at first but a tram stop is just a couple of minutes away and you can reach the "attractions" of Bordeaux easily and quickly. Prices per room are... More

I was quite disappointed by the lack of facilities at this hotel. The staff were helpful but were limited in their ability to support. We arrived at midnight to find the deluxe rooms were devoid of a fridge and had flimsy plastic containers for glasses and cardboard containers for our coffee and tea. I rang down to reception and was... More
