We stopped here for two nights on our honeymoon. This beautiful, old chateau felt like spending the night in a museum. The room was very affordable and the family that runs it were extremely kind and generous. Don't skip the dinner, it is better most other dinners we had that were three times the price.

We popped into this town without a reservation. It turned out to be a happy accident that we'll alwaus remember. This is a family home, still owned by the same family since it was built. The owner, Phillipe was extremely charming and invited us to a wine tasting held in one of the outhouses. The family own an armagnac vineyard....

Fantastic location in the heart of Bas Armagnac. First class treatment both for accomodation and food. Strongly recommended the in-house dinner, and, obviously, their own Bas Armagnac Millesimè production. Do not look for hotels in this area; no one could compare with this original Castle.
