Residhotel staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke good english which was good for us as we only knew a little french. The rooms were very clean, it included a kitchenette and was a bargain on booking.com Check out was 11am which was nice and free wifi was great! We were even able to connect to it from our room... I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with 8 friends. The rooms were basically small apartments which was great as we were able to cater for ourselves to save some money. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke many different languages. You have to take the tram to get into town but the tram stop is a 2 minute... More

Great location, great price, ability to self cater on a basic scale, easy access to city by tram, FREE PARKING! I found the bars on the windows a little depressing and the lighting was very subdued, but sti;l it's the best accommodation I've had in Bordeaux.

We live in France an hour away from Bordeaux, on the 7th November we spent the night at this hotel, we found it with not too much difficulty as anyone who knows Bordeaux knows how difficult the rocade and traffic is. When we arrived 12.30ish too early to book into our room, next door was "le Kantine" a huge self-service... More

We found it a great place to stay, only having one night in Bordeaux. Car park was good, the studio room we had was brilliant. A real plus is its location, only a 2 to 3 minute easy walk to the tram that takes you into the centre of the city in less than 10 minutes. Often when needing a... More

Stayed here for two nights with my husband. We were given a room on the top floor which had a bedroom, sitting room (with sofa bed), small kitchen & bathroom. The room is basic but clean. There are no frills involved but it was all that we needed as we spent most time exploring. Breakfast was a continental one &... More

We started a cycle ride in Bordeaux and used the Tatry as our base for 2 days befo setting off. Having bikes made the location of the Tatry (it is located out of the centre) totally acceptable, but for those without their own transport the trams run along the waterfront, about 1 kms away. The rooms are big enough with... More

The serviced apartment is well located and the tram is right outside of the of the apartment and it only takes 15mins to get to the train station. You can always find the receptionist who can speak both French and English to service you. The public area and the room itself are all very clean and comfy, so you can... More

We needed a convenient base for two weeks while we used the first of those to explore Bordeaux using the very cheap weekly travel passes you can pick up and then most of the second week, the wider Gironde with a hire car. We found it ticked all the boxes including air con, free internet in the room via their... More
