We enjoyed our stay at the Bordeaux Gambetta and would definitely return. We booked the slightly larger room for the two of us as we didn't want a room with a sofa bed. The room was very spacious with a sofa, table and chairs and small but well appointed kitchenette. Bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. Spotlessly... More

This hotel is within walking distance of the main Hotel de Ville where you can also catch one of the fabulous trams that run throughout Bordeaux. It is very modern and very functional for travellers, eg. small kitchen facilities, separate toilet to the bathroom, free wifi, open windows for fresh air, good view over the Place de Commandos Francaise, and... The only positiv thing i have to say about this hotel is location. In the middle of the city. First got we a room that smelled awfull. When we complained about it so got we another room which smooking was allowded. But we got informasjon later. And then they gave us another room with sofa bed. Then they told us... More

Spacious room and reasonable price. However the front desk is not familiar with the transportation and the activities e.g. wine tour there. Housekeeping also not up to standards. Need improvement, otherwise will lose clients despite Adagio name.

Modern hotel and we had 2/3 person studio. Nice room with some flexibility in layout with hob, microwave, fridge and min-dishwasher. Much better and more modern than some of the rivals I have stayed at in other cities. Room actually had opening windows so you could look out over the square!! Good location behind Place Gambetta so you are on... More

Our first visit to Bordeaux and we met up with friends from Dublin who have stayed here before. My experience of aparthotels is that they are fairly functional so I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish these studios were: plenty of room for me, my husband and 22 year-old daughter; cleverly designed storage and bathroom, and excellent air conditioning and... This hotel is excellent value for money. We had a one bed suite with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. So it was nice and quiet although location is very convenient, close to the old town. The suite was spacious but wardrobe space was a bit challenging. The sofa was my wardrobe during our entire stay. The kitchenette was really only... More

We had a good experience when we stayed in this hotel. The location is decent - Gambetta is a 15 min bus ride from the main train station. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the pleasant river promenade and close to lots of cafes, restaurants and even a a local Carrefour. The room we got was swish... More

The Adagio apartments in Bordeaux, I could live here. These apartments are the best I have stayed in anywhere. (No I don't work for them). They are spacious, airy, very well appointed, modern, clean, quiet and the bed was very good. Located 5 minutes from a huge supermarket it is great to be able to use the kitchen to avoid... More
