Travelling from the ferry [le havre] down to Spain, this hotel is an ideal stop off. Wr have stayed at a few Etap Hotels they are excellent value. At Bayonne the room we had was very well used carpet could do with a good clean. Breakfast was very good, location is excellent to get back on to the Motorway.

I find it hard to believe this hotel gets the no. 2 spot for hotels in Bayonne!! It is the first time I met such poor service at any ETAP hotel. I am frequent user of Etap, and my daughter loved it. This time the room wasn't cleaned. the replacement room never cleaned and the towels never changed.
