Great priced hotel / motel. We booked the studio for around 40 euros a night. It came with a fridge, stove top and microwave. Checking in was a bit odd, they didn’t ask for Id (eg passport) just gave us the key. The wiifii doesn’t work in rooms that are far away from the reception area. We were driving but... More

We have a large family and finding a hotel room that we will all fit in can be a problem. This 2 bedroom unit was exactly what we were looking for. Check in went very well, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The additional fee for parking was well worth it to be able to park in the courtyard... More

We chose this hotel for a short weekend break in Strasbourg and hardly recognised it based on some of the earlier reviews. On arrival we were warmly greeted by two charming receptionists and with the minimum of procedure were given the key to our room on the ground floor. The key also gives access to the building from the street... More

Ruined what would otherwise have been a great three days in Strasbourg. The room smelled of mold. Thick accumulation of dirt at the edges of the floor and gooey yellow brown streaks of an organic substance on the walls...especially by the bed. All furniture is worn, stained, shoddy. Coverlet dirty. Bathroom atrocious. After returning from town the first night, the... More

Stayed in this hotel for one night in a 'studio superieur'. Glad I didn't stay any longer than that. The room was very cold, it felt as if there was no heating (it was late December!). There were a couple of dirty pans in one of the cupboards, I didn't bother using them. The shower had no tub so after... More

The building we were in didn't receive wi-fi even though their blurb said it did. Reception (and therefore management) knew about the problem and said use the reception area where there were 2 small couches. Additionally there was no hot water. Their pipes must have a problem since the water went from cold to tepid. It seemed that this was... More

I was surprised by how nice my room was, considering the price I paid. It had a little kitchenette (with a stove, sink and a fridge), a [very] small bathroom, a TV and a fairly comfortable bed. The location was decent as its right next to a tram stop, and even walking to the center was only a 10 minute... More

After reading some of the reviews was a bit worried about staying here but we can't fault anything. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Will be coming back and bringing family.

We are a family of five and had booked in for three nights during August. We have stayed in apart-hotels in other cities and know what to expect. This place misdescribes itself. It is fairly cheap but not cheerful. Our "apart" consisted of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a tiny kitchenette with a table. No living area. The place was... More

We had not expected such a nice room for the price we paid. We got a twin room with a little bathroom and a kitchenette. It would definitely be a good option for someone staying a week or longer in Strasbourg - we only stayed one night so we did not put the kitchenette to great use. The place is... More
