Good location. Rooms decoration is poor. One of the blankets was burned and had a hole. Service is okay.__________________________________________________________________________________________________

The rooms are good but my room had a problem with the window and it was not easy to somente to go there and solve the problem. The heating was also not really good. The bathroom was ok but it didn't have a Hair dryer. The breakfast was good, but it didn't have fresh fruits.

I stayed here while I looked for an apartment. I had to stay a week longer than I had originally booked. They accommodated me, let me keep my room, and kept charging me at the discounted rate I had for my original booking!!!

Fantastic reception service, friendly staff and very useful Wi-Fi available in the room. Good central location right next to a tram line straight into town, which takes 5/10 minutes. Line runs directly to train station too. The only issue we had was there were hairs in the shower. However, overall, I would defintely recommend this hotel.

Staying very often in this hotel, it's clean, calm, comfortable bed, always hot water and clean bathroom, the staff is very helpful, internet is free but sometimes is not working so great, the hotel is quite a nice place to stay especially since last modernisation - sort of 80' looklikes was change to modern one, with calm not depressed colours,... Conveniently located with a well-stocked convenience store (including Charmant d'Alsace)/ gas station and tram station across the street. Easy access via tram or walking to the center of Strasbourg and plenty of neighborhood restaurants/brasseries to choose from for meals, drinks and two self-service laundrys within a few hundred meters for that middle-of-the trip laundry. Friendly and VERY accommodating staff. Parking... More

We arrived late in the evening and we were lucky to have a free park place just infront of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants just a few minutes walk from hotel were available and still open.University / 5 min./ and center /old city 15 min. walk from hotel. Clean rooms and descent breakfast included.

really well placed for the university which is why we chose it and really cheap but you get what you pay for. Slightly shabby rooms and not the most comfortable beds but clean and tidy and OK for a short stay

I spent 2 nights in a room on the 6th floor. It is a kind of attic room. very small for 2 persons, a small window high. The worse thing was that a broken, leaky and unlocked accordion door divided the room from the bathroom. Actually between the bed and this door there is no more than half a meter.... More

Hotel is based 2 or 3 stops from the city centre. There were 4 of us and for 24hour tram passes it cost 9.50e in total. The parking outside was free and there was also free parking at the bank nearby which was handy. The rooms are nice, big enough for the 4 of us. The shower was amazing. Quiet... More
