Great hotel if you are planning to visit Strasbourg and you only use the hotel for sleeping. The location is very convenient right in the center of town. Walking distance to museums, shops, cathedral and many touristic attractions. Since it is not located in a main street nights are quiet.

The location of the hotel is one of the reason that I have chosen the place? If you are looking for a place to just sleep and shower in, then this is fine. Otherwise, you can find a more comfortable place somewhere else. The room is a bit wornout, the toilet and shower iutdated, heater is not too strong, cold... More

The hotel has very nice rooms and a great service, the recepcionists will help you with everything you need and are very kind. It has private bathrooms with towels included. During the winter the central heating works perfectly and the room was always warm an cozy. The hotel is very well located, close to every touristic spots. Free Wifi and... More

After walking past numerous lovely looking hotels you are only left a little disappointed when you're greeted with what only can be described as a hostel (NOT A HOTEL). As a young couple, we don't look for anything extravagant, however we do expect a certain standard of cleanliness. The walk to our room was okay however the corridor smelt like... More

After staying in 3 and 4 star, admittedly a 2 star is a drop in service and quality, and you get what you pay for, but this still over NZ$100 for a old, worn out and uncomfortable room. It’s not hard to make a cheaper still still pleasant. The noise outside and between the walls meant no sleep, bathroom dirty... More

Although we had pre-booked a late arrival, we were left standing outside on the pavement for 20 minutes until the (non-English speaking) receptionist showed up. The shower-room was filthy and had an overpoweringly bad smell. The hair-dryer had to be requested from reception, and we never found the TV controller (couldn't be bothered to ask for that). Although the staff... More

The hotel is at the heart of the city, close to bis and metro. It's also some 3-4 min away from the cathedral, main square and in between all malls and restaurants. The hotel is small 5 floor building with 3-4 rooms per floor. Rooms are small but functional, it's clean and bed looks comfy. The guy at the reception... More

The room was very small but clean and the bed was confortable. The guy on the desk was nice but the lady in the morning very rude, unplaisant. The best in this hotel is its location, close to the Petite France and the train station.

You can hardly have a better location in Strasbourg's city centre - not far from picturesque Petite France, but also the main shopping area, Cathedral and central tram hub. We had a small two-floor appartment providing ample space for a small family. Kitchen also very useful. While the appartment was modern an functional, an air conditioning in this under-the-roof lodging... More

Good position but tiny room with horrid pillows. Door lock didn't work. Seemed quite clean and staff helpful but I would rather stay further out and have slightly better accommodation. Parking opposite was fine for the night. Lots of restaurants nearly but travel away from the old part of town as Strasbourg is really delightful
