I reserved a room here for three nights. Mine had a view of the Cathedral and the accompanying noise but it did die down around 11 p.m. For what it is, it's pretty good. Great view, centrally located, etc. There is a houseman who was pretty helpful and got my bags upstairs. The bad side - the young lady working... More

Stayed in this hotel for a one night stop over. The hotel is in a fantastic location opposite the Cathedral right in the centre of the old district. Parking is about a 5 minute walk away in a public carpark with no elevator so if you have heavy luggage be prepared for a hike! Didn't find the staff too helpful... More

From my point of view the best place to stay if you intend to do sightseeing! Located in the heart of the center directly in front of the amazing cathedral and many typical alsace restaurants only a few meters away. The prices are quite high, but typical for locations like this. The rooms were a little bit small, but this... More

I went to Strasbourg to meet up with a friend who was working there and found this hotel. Since I was travelling alone it was really handy that this hotel is situated right across from the famous Cathedrale Notre Dame because I arrived very late at night and would have been lost if not for seeing the cathedrale so that... Excellent location right across from the massive Strasbourg cathedral and the Maison Kammerzell restaurant. Comfortable amenities. You pay extra for the cathedral view but worth it. Four bikes were available for free 2 hour bike rental to see around the historic district. Attentive staff. Coffee and mini-fridg are en-suite. Funky level changes between the merged old buildings this hotel is... More

we reserved an economy room for one night at this hotel. The room we got was so small that the double bed barely fitted in there, forget about a place for our luggage... but then this is France and our expectations were not high anyways. What was quite shocking was that the toilet was in a tiny room at one... More

Stayed here for one of the European Parliament weeks in Strasbourg. This was a great location to be in, close to the Cathedral, all of the good restaurants that sell Tarte Flambee, and all of the nice shops. It was also grey being there in November when all of the Christmas decorations were up. The staff were very friendly towards... More

The main attraction of this hotel is the location. Literally right across from the cathedral and easy walking access to everything. Although downtown is small so walking anywhere is easy. I thought the hotel itself was just fine. Staff wasn't overly polite but by no means rude and always helped when I asked. I will say this hotel might be... More

I travel all over the world extensively and have stayed in some great, some good and some bad hotels. This one is a bad hotel. The whole place looks threadbare, as you haul your bags up narrow and winding stairs. After you find the single tiny elevator on your own, since the unfriendly and lazy person behind the reception desk... More

Very comfortable room - compact with striking decoration but had everything we needed. Very warm though, and couldn't get the A/C to work. Lovely views across the square to the Cathedral on one side, view into the courtyard on the other. The courtyard can be noisy at night as there is a restaurant out there, but this calms down after...
