Hubby and I spent only 2 nights in a studio appartment on the ground floor and we were happy with our stay :) The rate was within our budget, less than € 80 per night per room. Although the window of the room is located next to main road, we could still have a good sleep. No smell in the... More

First up, it's nicely located; just a 10-minute walk from the railway styation, only a few minutes to the tram stop and about 10 minutes to the city centre. The staff at the reception was very kind and they even told us where to find a supermarket and a boulangerie. Our room was at the top (8th) floor and the... More

Dear Rappe2014, The entire Adagio staff team would like to join me in thanking you for your complimentary remarks on the quality of the service we provide. We have to warn customers to clean the kitchen because it happens that we find completely devastated apartments. Some aparthotels require guarantees on arrival, we prefer to trust our guests. We hope to... More

Booked the simple apt/hotel for its location and reviewers are are accurate. There is a parking garage but we ended up finding a parking space on the street (free until 8:00am). The apartment was clean and very tight quarters. Would recommend sleeping on the coach not the sofa bed, which my son compared to sleeping on box springs. The double... More

Dear ArtsyGalBaltimore, Many thanks for taking the time to write your comment. In fact most Adagio aparthotels are located in city centres or close to centres of interest. We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again soon at one of our Adagio aparthotels in Europe. Kind regards, More

Adagio Access Petite France This is an apartment hotel, not a hotel. It is located in a quiet part of the town. The room comes with a kitchen. You may do your cooking in the room. However, remember that you have to clean it up when you check out. Otherwise, you may be charged 20 Euro if the kitchen is... More

Dear Yapahloy, Many thanks for taking the time to write your comment, and we were pleased to hear that you appreciated the aparthotel concept. However I precise that our price of breakfast is 9.40 euros per person. We hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again soon at the Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France. Kind regards, More

- - - We stayed at this hotel one night. The room stinked. Although it is forbidden to smoke in the room, it was obvious that guests smoked in the room. For staying one night it was ok, but I think that I couldn't stay there more than one night. + + + This hotel is in the near of... More

Dear Ece Y, Thank you for your comments. We were extremely sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the quality of our establishment, and in particular with the bad smell in your apartment. Please accept our sincere apologies. We would like to assure you that the necessary measures have been taken with our housekeeper in order to improve the... More

The apartment was around 10 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk into Petite France. It was a good size and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had a stove top, fridge and kettle and was well equipped with cookware. The internet was at times painfully slow.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Bed was firm but not unbearable. Kitchenette was good. Very small shower with a curtain that tries to stick to you while washing. Easy parking on site. Short walk to the river and the tourist areas. The free wifi was often painfully slow.

stayed here overnight. The initial feeling was that of one hostel, but might be a momentary perception. Room was clean and quite, good TV, free wifi. Breakfast is nothing fancy, but ok. Private parking available at 8 Euros, but previous reservation is recommended. Charming Petite France is close by, but I was too tired to leave the hotel.

This is a well-maintained, quiet apart-hotel with convenient access to public transport. Our family of 4 stayed quite comfortably in a 1 bedroom apartment. The only comments for improvements include an erratic free WiFi service (presumably the paid WiFi service is better), the installation of unit safes and a shower curtain that leaves a wet bathroom floor if one is...
