This is a well-maintained, quiet apart-hotel with convenient access to public transport. Our family of 4 stayed quite comfortably in a 1 bedroom apartment. The only comments for improvements include an erratic free WiFi service (presumably the paid WiFi service is better), the installation of unit safes and a shower curtain that leaves a wet bathroom floor if one is... We travel frequently for business/pleasure and generally rent private apartments. The booking process is streamlined, the rates reasonable but VERY inflated for seasonal purposes (recent Fete de Luminaire). We always recommend apartments to travelers and if you prefer a hotel type that has support services, Adagio Access is a decent choice. It is exceptionally clean-but double check the recently painted... More

I enjoyed a quiet twin room ensuite with a tiny but well designed kitchen area. Room was very clean and I was not disturbed by any noise. Staff were available 24hr and were friendly and helpful with excellent English when my French was inadequate. Close by there is a good small Carrefour and also an artisan bakery. The Gallery of... First time in an aparthotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend & return. Good location, easy walk into the centre and quite peaceful at night. Parking (for a fee) available underground. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, it was clean, modern and a good size. The kitchen, despite being very small, had everything we needed as equipment for making breakfast, lunch... More

Great location, easy walk to Petite France area. Very friendly welcoming staff, 24 hour reception and good English spoken for those who need it. Great secure parking, spacious room with kitchen area. We only stayed one night but would definitely go back for a longer stay.

We were here for 3 nights stay and we find this hotel very clean! This is a surprise to us as we find that not many hotels of this range are so clean! Beds were so comfy. There is a mini kitchenette with all cooking utensils, all you have to do is buy some basic food from nearby Carrefourre and... More

Near train station and le petit France area. In the room you have small kitchen, and you can buy something for cooking in Coop supermarket nearby (walking 5 minutes). Although you may need to borrow hair dryer from the reception, it is still a convenient and cozy place for guests. Good for value.

Close to train station and a short walk to all that Strasbourg has to offer! Very roomy accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby but they were upgrading to make it available in the guest rooms in the near future. No "frills" but an excellent value!
