We loved this apartment. The check in procedure is somewhat bizarre, being carried out via mobile phone and with very "Mission Impossible" code entry, but once you do it the first time it's easy to remember. We didn't meet Catherine, but she responded immediately to any queries and was really helpful. Our apartment was on the very top floor so... More

That was the first time I check-in and check-out without actually meeting anyone related to the hotel, but I have to say the methods are efficient and clear, the personnel made sure prior to our arrival that we have received all the required information to access our assigned apartment outside "reception" hours. The apartment has everything ( even a Nespresso... More

Ours was a spacious, one-bedroom, two room, impeccably maintained and furnished apartment, with a large living area, more than adequate kitchen, excellent bathroom with washing machine [though no dryer]. There IS noise from outside if you face the street, but closing windows largely solved the problem. Curtains AND blinds meant there was little light penetration, if needed. Security was excellent,... The location of the flat is right in the middle of the historical centre of the city in the vicinity bars, restaurants plus an excellent bakery just across the street. The apartment had all the necessary facilities (i.e. stove, microwave, coffeemaker, washing-machine, nice cutlery and crockery), and was clean. The room, although fairly small, had a lot of storage space... More

This is difficult accommodation to evaluate - there are, I feel, some strong positives but also some strong negatives. I hesitated between "poor" and "average", and in the end decided that "average" was a bit fairer. I will start with the positives. The location is second to none - a 5-minute walk away from Strasbourg cathedral, and surrounded by lots... More

If you want to be in the middle of everything, in comfort and modern surrounds, then this is the place. There is no lift, so don't bring too many bags, like I did. The units have a nice kitchen, very modern bathrooms and is very clean. One small point is the noise that can come from the revellers that at... More

Location is great. Near all the Xmas markets. The place looks great, and quite new. It is more like small apartments than a real hotel (absolutely no service). The BIG issue is that it is extremely noisy! It was hard to sleep because of all those drunk people shouting in the street.

I had booked the apartment through booking.com because of the good ratings and rightly so. The service and communication before and during my stay were excellent. The location of the flat is right in the middle of the historical centre of the city with bars, restaurants and an excellent bakery in the same street. The flat has all the necessary... More

I stayed here in June for one week. The lady who owns the building could not be nicer, and the arrival and meeting went just as it should. The apartment is very well furnished and very comfortable - until you try to sleep. The building is on a small pedestrian street very near the center; this is a student district,... More

Upside: Great location on Grande île and also great to have a kitchenette, especially after shopping at the marche noels. Downside: noisy at night. There is a popular student bar on the same block so that has its noise till about 2am, and then general shouting carrying after that until about 4am. This happened every night of our 3 night...
