This is a hostel not an hotel. The kitchen is not fully equipped eg only a frying pan, some cutlery/dishes --each room had different items. No means of cleaning items used apart from water. We were at this three-stars hotel. The children bed was a very thin matress on the floor ; minimal dishes, appliances,lightnings,ect... Staff was helpful but unable to manage the problems . This place is filthy. The rooms are only cleaned by the previous guest. They will try to charge you for pre-existing damages to the room. The shower always floods. It's very loud because it's next to the train tracks. The heater doesn't work. Laundry is ridiculously expensive. There ARE prostitutes working from the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned professionaly before you arrive. The room is cleaned by the previous resident. The shower floods the bathroom everytime you take a shower, because the shower curtain is not sufficient for the shower they installed.
