Opted for a "privilege" room and was not disappointed. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good value for the price. Even liked the location: a little further from the center, ca. 20 minute leisurely walk, and perfect for metered street parking. Wi-Fi was sometimes sluggish and stalled but nothing I couldn't live with. Will use this hotel again on future... More

The stuff very nice, polite, and helpful. When it was raining they were even giving umbrellas. The decoration is nice and comfortable. Our room was nice and clean, but too small. It was more like for a singe person. There was no place for second person's towels, or place in the bathroom to put the toiletries. There was even no... More

We spent 5 nights in this very nice and clean hotel and we highly reccomand it. The staff were very polite and helpful with all our requests. Our room (privilege) was very nice, located on the second floor and consisted in a hall, a bathroom with bath tub and a very spacious bedroom and the price we paid was very... More

Small, comfortable hotel. A nice walk to Strasbourg city centre (something like 10/15 minutes). The room was cosy, and they paid attention to the little details. There was not a lot of light, but we didn't need it. Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. We booked it through Trivago and got a great rate. But I wouldn't book... More

We went to Strasbourg for the Christmas markets and were very excited about enjoying the city. We arrived late on Friday and were welcomed by the night manager. He offered to help us carry our bags to our rooms, gave us a map of the city and explained where we were located. The next morning breakfast was very good. A... More

We booked this hotel as a point to explore some nearby cemeteries and attend the Christmas market in Strasbourg. This hotel was close to a park so great for walking our dogs. The staff had a dog bed and bowls set up in the room upon our arrival which was a very nice touch. The markets were about a 10... More

The staff is very friendly and speaks very good german. We from the first moment felt good. Breakfast buffet is very good and the service also. Furnishing of the rooms and location of the hotel, as well as price performance ratio was very in order. We will definitely recommend this hotel and if we are again in strasbourg should be,... More

The room I had was very small, the wifi connection did not work very well. The fitness room was a joke. You can go more central for the same price/quality ratio. There aren't any good restaurants close by. A few pizzerias. I tried one, it was awful (rancid meat) and the other one I didn't bother, it was a curry... More

Although our room was small and there was no shower in our bathroom, only a very short tub (I'm 6' 4" and could not fit in it), the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the friendly staff who were patient, understanding and helpful. We were traveling north from Colmar and easily found the... More

Although a bit of a ways outside the Grande Ile, this hotel makes up for it by having beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. Rates are also very affordable and front desk is very friendly and speak excellent English. Strasbourg is fairly small so a 10-15 walk will get you right to the downtown core. Didn't try the breakfast as it... More
