Comfortable rooms, large buffet selection breakfast, free Wifi, and one block from the tram. Staff was VERY HELPFUL and friendly. Centrally located. Easy to walk into the old section of town. Many close restaurants. Parking is a challenge but the hotel staff can help with 7 Euro 24 hr parking permits.

Stopped here for a week in January this is a very nice hotel in a good location close to the centre . The tram stop just around the corner and a small supermarket . The room was very nice with a big bathroom with a shower and separate bath . We Had breakfast every day and it was worth the... More

While the building was older it was very clean and well maintained! Service was very good, the bar area was very small and the breakfast was ok. We bought breakfast include in our stay otherwise it wouldn't have been worth the $21 euro that they want for it! The "Classic room" that we stayed in was very small by most... More

We stayed here for one night over the Christmas holidays and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We had a twin room with a reasonable sized bathroom and wardrobe, though there is no fridge but that didn't bother us. The hotel is easily accessible by car and we parked around the corner on Quai Koch. The reception... More

We paid 157 euros per nite for a standard room (breakfast not included - just go to the supermarket- you don't need to pay 20 euros per person for the breakfast), spending 2 nights here during Christmas 2014 at this hotel. If you like grand, old, historical buildings, this hotel could well be suitable for you. The plus points :... More

The hotel may be accessed from the Central Rail Station by trams which are inexpensive and run every few minutes. The hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions but the room was very basic and quite dark, tired, with grubby marks on the walls and noisy corridors. The breakfast included was good, with the usual fare provided... More

We arrived here on a Friday night after a busy week (and year!) and long drive. Our room was quite and tastefully decorated. Room service breakfast on the Saturday morning was a delightful treat and good value and the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning extensive. The lounge bar was perfect for a relaxing tea or pre-dinner drink. A short walk... More

we needed parking and a business centre so booked in here for our two nights in Strasbourg. It was a delight, we got a fourth floor room and I love those slightly slanted roofs, very clever room design although it did lack a kettle! Bed super comfortable and the towels and products were great too. Especially love the slippers. A... More

My room was on the 4th Floor and looked towards St Paul's Church. The double doors opened up to give access to a very pleasant sandstone Juliet balcony, allowing you to fully enjoy the expansive views towards the north of the city. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the shower powerful and the mini bar well stocked! There was... More
